How it Works

Three easy steps…

 

1. Select your device

At WeBuyFaultyPhones we love to buy faulty and working Apple and Android devices!

We think the way you find your device is really easy, just select your model from the home page.

Find your device model from the list of products on our website If you are unsure of the model, just ask one of the team on Messenger/Live Chat, who will be more than happy to help you.

Once you have located your device, select your grade (Working or Broken/Damaged/Faulty) and storage capacity of the device  and a price will be displayed. We aim to be really transparent with our pricing so there’s no nasty surprises further through the process.

2. Send your device for free to us

We don’t believe you should pay or wait to send your parcel back to a trade in website.

We offer free tracked returns through Royal Mail which are insured up to £100.00. All you need to do is print off the provided postage label which is sent to your email after filling in the order form, or pop your device in to our Freepost Pack which is sent in the post. This should be with you within 1-2 working days after placing your order.

Once your device is packaged up and ready to go, simply hand it in to any Post Office branch across the UK. Be sure to get a copy of your receipt for proof of postage!

3. Get Paid

This is the best bit!

Get paid one of 2 ways – via PayPal or bank transfer!

We aim to pay really quickly. We have in house technicians who will test your device. In most case, this is done the same day we receive your device. If your device has power issues or a passcode has been left on, testing can take an extra day or so to complete.

Once testing has been completed, we will email you to confirm this and arrange your same day payment.
